How to read a GRA certificate number

2025-03-18

Certificate verification and laboratory work

A GRA report is a paper document. The certificate number is printed on that paper — not on a stock tag, not on an invoice line, and not on a social-media screenshot.

Read the number carefully. Keep letters, zeros and hyphens exactly as printed. Extra spaces usually miss the record. Then open Certificate, type the number into Certificate No., and press Verify.

If nothing returns, photograph the full certificate and email CC@ccreport.hk. Do not treat a failed search as proof that a stone is genuine or treated. The search only confirms whether that number exists in the laboratory archive.
