Gemstone Laboratory

Certificate

A GRA report is a paper document with a unique number. Type that number below. A match opens the laboratory record stored for that report.

Verify a report

Please enter the certificate number on the certificate.

How to verify

Three steps on the certificate

  1. Read the printed number

Use the certificate number on the GRA paper, not an invoice code or a stone stock tag.

  2. Type it exactly

Keep letters, zeros, and hyphens as printed. Extra spaces will miss the record.

  3. Submit Verify

If the number exists, the matching report opens. If it does not, check the paper again or email the lab.

Questions

Before you submit a number

How do I verify a GRA report?

Open Certificate, type the number printed on the paper report into Certificate No., then press Verify. The form posts to the laboratory search and returns the matching record when the number exists.

What if no record appears?

Check spacing and digits against the printed certificate. If the number still does not match, email CC@ccreport.hk with a photo of the report. Do not treat a failed search as proof that a stone is genuine or treated.
