What the lab does
Species, variety, and treatments are recorded so a stone can be described the same way from bench to invoice.
Quality factors used in trade sit on the GRA report. The document is written for manufacturers, dealers, and jewelry workshops.
Each printed report carries a number. Search that number here. A match returns the laboratory record; a miss is not a grading opinion.
How to verify
Use the certificate number on the GRA paper, not a invoice code or a stone stock tag.
Enter it in Certificate No. Keep letters, zeros, and hyphens as printed. Extra spaces will miss the record.
The form posts to the laboratory search. If the number exists, the matching report opens.

Check spacing and digits against the printed certificate. If the number still does not match, email CC@ccreport.hk with a photo of the report. Do not treat a failed search as proof that a stone is genuine or treated.
